At the heart of my coaching practice is using intuitive insight to drill down beneath presenting problems to uncover unrealized potential. Depending on a client’s needs, I’ll also draw on different frameworks and tools. With many clients if they’re interested, I’ll use mindfulness and meditation exercises to help them connect with untapped inner strengths, such as confidence, poise under pressure, or emotional sensitivity. I’ll also share best practices in management and communication that I’ve developed based on professional development courses (approx. 50), interviews with industry experts (approx. 150 hours), and secondary research.
